1979Establishing of Euroricambi
On January 10, husband and wife Orazio and Marisa Taddei founded Euroricambi, having acquired decades of experience in a company operating in the same sector.
1989Building of the production units at Crespellano
At the end of the 1980s, construction work on three large plants began which would house the production units.
1995Opening of the headquarters and plants at Crespellano
The plants officially opened together with the current headquarters, marking the beginning of investment policies in machinery and technologies.
1997Founding of Eurotec S.r.l.
On July 1 Eurotec, the Italian dealer for Euroricambi products opened. It would later play a supporting role in the development of accessory items in the range.
1997Opening of the grinding unit
In order to improve product quality and speed up production times, Euroricambi opened an in-house unit for grinding with numerically controlled state-of-the-art machinery.
2002Inauguration of the production plant at Anzola dell’Emilia
On September 14 the plant was officially opened to house the new toothing unit, which would go on to become Euroricambi's jewel in the crown as well as a local reference point in the field of technologies and gear machining.
2005Founding of Metal Brasov Euroricambi
Aiming to keep a competitive edge even with dated and low-tech products, a production plant was opened in Romania. This plant replicated the same technologies and quality control procedures used at the Italian plant.
2005Euroricambi went into business with Fabryka Armatur “Swarzedz” (FAS)
Euroricambi joined forces with FAS, an important Polish supplier with a sophisticated technology of OEM origin for precision moulding of steel synchroniser rings. Because very few European companies have this technology, Euroricambi's investment results in a strategic and long-sighted move.
2008Founding of FA.TA. RICAMBI S.p.A.
The FA.TA. group was founded as a financial holding, bringing together the businesses of the Taddei’s Family from where the acronym stems (Famiglia Taddei).
2008Takeover of the Romagnoli Luciano S.r.l. company
Long-standing supplier to Euroricambi for grinding processes, it was bought over in order to implement the existing unit.
2009Inauguration of the new logistics headquarters
The opening of this center was key to provide customers with around-the-clock availability of goods, efficient service, and fast delivery.
2010Taking over the Antonio Masiero and founding of AM Gears S.r.l.
With the aim of diversifying production and keeping a long-standing brand from Bologna on the market, the group took over the Antonio Masiero company. AM Gears was launched with a modernized machine tool range.
2016Logistics expansion and showroom inauguration
The logistics unit was modernized and expanded to 17,055 sqm of surface for a total of 21,810 warehouse positions. The aim was to increase stock and product order processing.
A dedicated area was also set up for internal training and customer reception during factory tours.
2016Partnership with Eurotecnica Brasil
FA.TA RICAMBI S.p.A. went into business with Eurotecnica, official distributor for the Brazilian market since the beginning. Thanks to the partnership with Euroricambi, Eurotecnica has developed an internal production for the Brazilian market.
2017Inauguration of new Eurotec premises to celebrate twenty years
Eurotec inaugurated its permanent headquarters to house the Italian sales department, in addition to the design and testing units, specifically equipped to develop complementary products for the group's range.
2018Setting up the heat treatment unit
Euroricambi became one of the few Italian companies that could boast this technology: 8 electrically powered low-pressure case hardening furnaces and subsequent oil or gas cooling.
2019Inauguration of the new building at the headquarters
The group continued to expand by adding a new hangar with adjoining office building, equipped to house the technical and purchasing unit.
2019Buy out of the LKW Teile Service – A.Lambert company
Aiming to re-consolidate the sales network in Germany starting with the long-standing exclusive distributor of Euroricambi products, Lambert Getriebeteile was founded.
