In 2008 the FA.TA. Ricambi group was founded as a financial holding, bringing together the businesses of the Taddei’s Family from where the acronym stems (Famiglia Taddei).
Euroricambi
Founded in 1979 by husband and wife Orazio and Marisa Taddei, Euroricambi today represents one of the leader manufacturers in gearbox and differential spare parts market for industrial vehicles, bus and earthmoving and mining machines.

AM Gears
With the aim of diversifying production and keeping a long-standing brand from Bologna on the market, the group took over the Antonio Masiero company in 2010. AM Gears was launched with a modernized machine tool range.

Eurotec
In 1997, Eurotec was founded as the Italian dealer for Euroricambi products. It would later play a supporting role in the development of accessory items in the range.

Lambert Getriebeteile
Aiming to re-consolidate the sales network in Germany starting with the long-standing exclusive distributor of Euroricambi products, Lambert Getriebeteile was founded in 2019.

Eurotecnica
In 2016, FA.TA RICAMBI S.p.A. went into business with Eurotecnica, official distributor for the Brazilian market since the beginning. Thanks to the partnership with Euroricambi, Eurotecnica has developed an internal production for the Brazilian market.

Fabryka Armatur “Swarzędz” sp.z o.o.
In 2005 Euroricambi joined forces with FAS, an important Polish supplier with a sophisticated technology of OEM origin for precision moulding of steel synchroniser rings. Because very few European companies have this technology, Euroricambi's investment results in a strategic and long-sighted move.

Metal Brasov Euroricambi
Aiming to keep a competitive edge even with dated and low-tech products, in 2005 a production plant was opened in Romania. This plant replicated the same technologies and quality control procedures used at the Italian plant.

Romagnoli
Long-standing supplier to Euroricambi for grinding processes, it was bought over in order to implement the existing unit.
