The Euroricambi Metallurgical Laboratory is a strategic department within the production cycle because it operates as an integrated quality control system within the factory and is equipped with highly advanced instruments.
The laboratory monitors and checks every stage of the process, from raw materials to the finished components, through metallurgical, mechanical and chemical tests, which are essential to ensure compliance with the most stringent market requirements.
By using state-of-the-art equipment and the skills of our highly qualified technical team, the laboratory issues test reports to certify the structural and mechanical quality of each product.
What does being accredited by Accredia mean
The accreditation issued by Accredia certifies that our laboratory meets all the requirements of the international standards for laboratory testing under ISO/IEC 17025 for the tests covered by accreditation.
The certificates issued under Accredia accreditation have legal value in Italy, Europe and worldwide because the organisation has signed mutual recognition agreements with EA (European Co-operation for Accreditation) and ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).
This accreditation is normally reserved for independent testing laboratories and is rarely applied to industrial manufacturers. Therefore, the recognition obtained by Euroricambi is an exemplary case in the Italian manufacturing sector.
