On 17 and 18 June 2026 Euroricambi Group took part in the Inter Cars Symposium of Specialists in Łódź, Poland. Two days of direct dialogue with mechanics, distributors and aftermarket professionals from the European automotive sector. For the occasion, the Group chose not simply to present its range, but to describe the industrial process behind every component of Euroricambi and AM Gears. The thread running through the talk was simple and direct: "We Make Gears. Totally in-house".

What is the Inter Cars Symposium?

The Inter Cars Symposium in Łódź is a professional event dedicated to automotive aftermarket specialists. The 2026 edition brought together operators, manufacturers and repair professionals on 17 and 18 June. Euroricambi Group took part to show how it develops, produces, treats and controls internally the gears and components under the Euroricambi and AM Gears brands.

Symposium Intercars

Who the Symposium is for

The Symposium's audience includes:

  • Mechanics and specialised workshops, who dismantle, inspect and replace transmission components every day;
  • Repair technicians, whose level of expertise calls for precise technical answers, not generic ones;
  • Distributors, keen to understand what they can guarantee to their end customers;
  • Component manufacturers, with whom to compare technologies and processes;
  • Aftermarket experts, who follow the evolution of the sector across Europe;
  • Inter Cars' commercial and technical partners, who make the meeting between these worlds possible.

The focus, for everyone, is the exchange of knowledge and expertise. Specialists have the chance to explore technologies, processes and applications in depth. Manufacturers can explain what makes a product reliable beyond the catalogue. Repair professionals can talk directly to those who design and manufacture the components they use every day. The result is a format that is more technical and vertical than a purely commercial presentation. It is about process, not just offer.

Why it matters to take part in the Łódź Symposium

Taking part in the Symposium means, first of all, meeting directly those who use the spare parts in the field, which helps to understand the real needs, problems and requests of workshops. This information rarely comes through as clearly via the usual commercial channels. It is an opportunity that encourages the exchange of information between manufacturer, distributor and end user, and that allows complex industrial processes (reverse engineering, treatments, laboratory testing) to be presented in a concrete and understandable way, even to those who do not experience them every day in production.

For Euroricambi Group, being in Łódź also meant strengthening its collaboration with Inter Cars and its professional network, and reinforcing the brand’s credibility in the Polish market and across Central and Eastern Europe. But the most important value lies elsewhere: turning quality from a promotional claim into a demonstrable technical system.

Polonia Symposium

The value for repair professionals

For mechanics, workshops and repair technicians, the Symposium was an opportunity to:

  • learn about the origin and production process of Euroricambi and AM Gears components;
  • understand which checks are actually carried out, and at which stage of the process;
  • assess an aftermarket alternative with greater awareness, based on verifiable technical elements rather than solely commercial presentations;
  • talk directly with the Group's technical specialists, without intermediaries;
  • share suggestions useful for expanding or improving the range over time;
  • reduce uncertainty when choosing a spare part, an issue that comes up every day in workshop work.

The value for Euroricambi Group

For the Group, taking part in the Symposium meant:

  • listening to the market and to end users, often the most direct and least filtered source of information;
  • gathering technical feedback that feeds product development;
  • strengthening the relationship with Inter Cars and its professional network;
  • demonstrating industrial expertise, not just commercial availability;
  • presenting itself as a technical partner, rather than simply as a spare parts supplier;
  • making visible the people, technologies and processes that sometimes remain behind the scenes of the product.

"We Make Gears", Euroricambi Group's message in Łódź

On stage, Euroricambi Group's message opened with a direct hook: "You are here because you need reliable gears and spare parts for gearboxes, differentials and transfer cases. And we are here because we know how to make them." From there came the leitmotif of the talk: We make gears. We make them totally in-house. A twofold message: not only what Euroricambi Group produces, but where and how, under the Group's total control.

The two production facilities, Euroricambi and AM Gears, cover applications ranging from light duty, truck & bus and heavy duty to earthmoving and mining. At the centre are always the same components: the internal parts of gearboxes, differentials and transfer cases.

The technical part of the talk focused on reverse engineering, meaning the study of the component through geometric and dimensional surveys, material analysis and analysis of heat and surface treatments. The aim is not simply to replicate the original, but to define proprietary, consistent and repeatable production processes.

Alongside this are controls, carried out at every stage of the process, through to final packaging. These include the in-house Accredia-accredited metallurgical laboratory, a tool that makes quality control documentable, reduces variability between batches and ensures long-term reliability.

"For Euroricambi Group, it is not enough to declare quality at the end. Quality is built throughout the entire process." A clear positioning also with respect to OEMs, but without a confrontational tone: not a follower of the original, but a technical, solid and controlled aftermarket alternative.

Euroricambi Group a Symposium

Dialogue with Inter Cars and with aftermarket professionals

It is no coincidence that the talk closed with an explicit thank you: first to Inter Cars, for organising and inviting the Group to the Symposium; then to the mechanics and repair professionals who use Euroricambi and AM Gears components in the field every day.

For Euroricambi Group, the Symposium was not just an opportunity to communicate, but above all to listen. The suggestions gathered over the two days make a concrete contribution to the future development of the range. It is a principle the Group often stresses: cooperation between manufacturer, distributor and repairer is not an accessory to communication, but an operational necessity. None of the three roles works well in isolation. It is ongoing dialogue between those who manufacture, those who distribute and those who repair that ensures an aftermarket component really stands up to the test of the field.
